This month we had our final Girls' Discipleship Gathering for the year.
In our session time, we looked at God’s personal work in our lives and hearts. God is a personal, individual God. Because He loves you, He wants you to know Him, wants to shape you into His Image, and wants to accomplish something special through you - but, He must first work IN you. He is doing something so special in you. Our individual responsibility is to seek Him, desire for Him to work in us, and embrace His work in our lives.
Many young women shared testimonies of what the Lord has been doing in their lives. It was so exciting to see in a deeper way how real, personal, and wise our Lord is!
We also spent time in prayer and discussion groups, singing, and great fellowship!
We are so grateful for what the Lord did in our time seeking Him together this past year!!!
Philippians 1:6, "Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ."
